Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Transit times are provided by the carrier and can vary depending on the destination of your package. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a refund with the carrier.
FloArt Watercolor is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. All orders over $50 in value are shipped insured with tracking information.
We will send your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. You will receive this once your package is prepared for shipment. The postal service can take a few days to fully process it and pick it up.
Shipping Internationally
We are happy to ship worldwide to select countries. Please message us through the contact page of our shop to place an international order. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping destination to do so. FloArt Watercolor is not responsible for any extra VAT taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. In addition, some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we also cannot foresee additional duties, charges, or delays with customs. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for any additional information.
VAT Taxes/Custom Fees
If you decide to place an order to Canada, the UK, or the EU, please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. We will not collect VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you do not pay the tax, your order will be returned to us, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your FloArt Watercolor package is returned to us and you wish to have us send your parcel again, you must pay the additional shipping fee.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All FloArt watercolors are crafted to order, making all sales final. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before proceeding. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to contact us for assistance. We are happy to help and will respond promptly.

We encourage you to carefully review your selections before finalizing your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds for orders once they are placed. If, for any reason, you request a cancellation of your order after it has already been placed, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be charged, which is non-refundable.
